Placing a Wholesale Order
Orders can be placed by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DOG BLING will aim to dispatch your order on the same day if placed before 11.00am. Please allow 2-3 days for busier times.
Our opening times are Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm.
The minimum order for wholesale is £100.00. We do not charge VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Orders are shipped on prepaid terms only. DOG BLING accepts all major debit and credit cards via PayPal. Orders can be paid for by personal or business cheque but please note that orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared into our bank account. DOG BLING also accepts bank transfers (please contact us for full details) as a form of payment. Orders will be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Delivery & Shipping
DOG BLING aims to ship all items within 24 hours of order. Orders shipped within the UK are sent by 24 or 48 hour delivery depending on the weight of the items, either by Courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Shipping charges are dependant on the weight of your order. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted by phone and payment will be required to re-send the item.
Out of Stock Items
DOG BLING will automatically ship all of out stock items once they become available. In the unlikely event that an item is permanently unavailable DOG BLING will offer a full refund or a credit note to the value of the goods.
DOG BLING endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or credit note to the full value of the merchandise. DOG BLING does not offer cash refunds. In order to initiate a return please email Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org
to inform us of any damages, faults or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the order. DOG BLING does not offer a sale or return facility. Please note DOG BLING cannot accept returns that are the wrong size/ colour/ suitability.
Prohibited Sales Methods
DOG BLING products are designed for the premium pet accessories market and therefore the right distribution methods are vital to sustaining the value of our brand. Sales methods such as Car Boot Sales, Markets and other similar sales outlets are damaging to our brand and are not permitted. Trading of our goods in these outlets would result in an infringement of our Terms and Conditions and action will be taken.
